A bridge provides a permanent fixed replacement for missing teeth and can restore a confident smile.
Bridges are made by placing a crown on each of the teeth either side of the gap, and incorporating an extra crown to fill the gap. The bridge is carefully constructed by a specialist dental laboratory after an impression (moulding) is taken of your mouth and is made of porcelain and metal (for strength). Like crowns the 'teeth' are coloured and shaped to feel and look like your real teeth.
Bridges are particularly popular with people who have a gap in their mouth but prefer not to wear dentures.
