Complaints Policy

We strive to provide an excellent, private dental service to our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the dental care you receive from Oak Lodge Dental Practice. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:

  • filling in a feedback form at reception

We aim to resolve a complaint within 10 working days and our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
